Ordering
How do I place an order?
Send your enquiry with the product, size, quantity and destination port, using the enquiry form or WhatsApp. We reply with a quotation that sets out the specification, price, lead time and terms. Once you confirm and pay the advance, we arrange production, check the goods before dispatch and ship from Nhava Sheva.
What is the minimum order quantity and the lead time?
Both depend on the product, its specification and the manufacturer, so the minimum order quantity and the lead time are confirmed per order. Tell us what you need and we give you both with your quotation.
Do you manufacture the products yourselves?
No. We source packaging materials directly from Indian manufacturers and supply them under our own name.
Are you a registered exporter?
Our registration is in progress. We will publish our IEC, GST and Udyam numbers on the About page and in the footer only once they are issued.
Samples
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples are paid, and you pay the courier charges. The sample cost is adjusted against your first confirmed order. You can request one in the enquiry form or on WhatsApp.
Shipping
Which port do you ship from?
We ship from Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai, port code INNSA1.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB Nhava Sheva is our standard. CFR and CIF are available on request.
Which countries do you ship to?
We quote for buyers anywhere in the world and do not limit ourselves to one region. Give us your destination port in the enquiry and we quote for it. The route map on our home page shows where we can ship, not where we have shipped.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
We ask for a 30–50% advance by T/T with the order, and the balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading. An irrevocable LC at sight is accepted for larger orders.
What about trial or small orders?
Trial and small orders are paid 100% in advance.
Products
What do you supply?
Ten products in four categories: woven packaging (HDPE woven sacks, PP woven bags, PP woven rolls and polypropylene packaging rolls), liners and stretch film (LD liner bags and plastic stretch film wrapping rolls), adhesive tapes (transparent BOPP tape, brown BOPP tape and double-sided tissue tape) and moisture control (silica gel).
